What happens after I complete the quiz and select an Athlete Pack?

After completing your application and selecting your Athlete Pack, you will receive a follow-up email within 48 hours. This email will include next steps to begin the program, content guidelines and examples, and instructions for submitting your videos. From there, you'll begin the vetting process, where we review your content to determine acceptance into the program.

How does the pay structure work?

Accepted athletes earn $500/month for completing monthly video submissions. Top creators earn up to $5,000/month. Compensation is based on consistency, content quality, performance, engagement, and alignment with the MENTALITY brand.

Do I need a following to join?

No. We do not select athletes based on follower count. We care about discipline, consistency, work ethic, and willingness to create content. We would rather build the right athlete from zero than choose someone based on clout.

What kind of content do I need to create?

Athletes create 40 short videos per month. Each video is 15–45 seconds long. Content includes training clips, intensity moments, gym lifestyle content, and apparel/try-on content. Most athletes capture multiple clips during a single workout.

Why do I need to select an Athlete Pack?

All athletes must wear MENTALITY gear in their content. The Athlete Pack ensures your content features current products, allows our team to promote your videos, and registers you in the program. These packs are heavily discounted for athletes only and are part of the application process.

Is this only for athletes?

No. This is for anyone who embraces the mentality of becoming the best at what they do — athletes, creators, entrepreneurs, students, and anyone refusing to live average.

Why do I need to buy this?

You don’t need to buy anything. But this program is built for people willing to invest in themselves and support the brand they want to represent. If you’re not willing to take a chance on us, it’s hard for us to take a chance on you as an athlete or creator.
