After completing your application and selecting your Athlete Pack, you will receive a follow-up email within 48 hours. This email will include next steps to begin the program, content guidelines and examples, and instructions for submitting your videos. From there, you’ll begin the vetting process, where we review your content to determine acceptance into the program.

How does the pay structure work?

Accepted athletes earn $500/month for completing monthly video submissions. Top creators earn up to $5,000/month. Compensation is based on consistency, content quality, performance, engagement, and alignment with the MENTALITY brand.

Do I need a large following to become an Athlete?

No. Athlete selection is based on discipline, consistency, content quality, performance, engagement, and alignment with MENTALITY — not follower count alone.

How do I qualify for Athlete selection?

Select an Athlete Pack, create original training content while wearing MENTALITY, post and tag us, and follow the private submission steps sent by email. Our team reviews consistency, content quality, performance, engagement, and brand alignment.

What kind of content should I submit?

Submit original videos featuring you training, creating, competing, or living the MENTALITY lifestyle while wearing MENTALITY products. The email instructions will include content guidelines and examples.

When will I receive my Athlete submission instructions?

Your content guidelines, examples, and private submission instructions will be emailed within 48 hours after you select your Athlete Pack. Use the same email during checkout that you used in the application.

Does purchasing an Athlete Pack guarantee acceptance?

No. Selecting an Athlete Pack begins the vetting process but does not guarantee acceptance. Athlete status is earned through the quality and consistency of your MENTALITY content and the team’s review.
