What happens after I order my Athlete Pack?
Your content brief, examples, and submission instructions arrive by email within 48 hours of your order. Use the same email at checkout as on your application, then follow the brief and send us your original videos.
How will I know if I've been selected?
We contact selected athletes by email. Your submission confirmation lets you know we received your application, but it isn't an acceptance email. Once selection for a round is complete, not receiving a selection email means you weren't selected this time.
That doesn't close the door. You're welcome to apply again in a future round through the same application process. Keep creating and showing us what you're about.
How do I get paid?
Accepted athletes earn $500 a month for completing monthly video submissions. Top performers can earn up to $5,000 a month. Pay depends on content quality, consistency, engagement, and performance. Buying a pack does not guarantee selection or earnings.
Do I need a large following to become an Athlete?
No. Your ideas, consistency, and connection to MENTALITY matter more than a large follower count.
How do I qualify for Athlete selection?
Create original videos in your MENTALITY gear and follow your emailed brief. We review your ideas, video quality, consistency, and connection to the brand. Selection is based on your work, not simply on purchasing a pack.
Can I apply as a filmmaker or creative?
Yes. Bring your own point of view through filmmaking, editing, training, or everyday life. Make original videos featuring MENTALITY and follow the content brief we email you.
What does it cost to get started?
The application is free. Athlete Packs are sold separately at discounted prices so you have MENTALITY gear to film in. You choose your size and we choose the tee designs based on availability. All pack sales are final.
Does purchasing an Athlete Pack guarantee acceptance?
No. Our team reviews your content before selecting athletes for paid opportunities. Buying gear does not guarantee a place on the roster or earnings.
