Can I make changes to my order?
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you've checked out.
1) Changing the item or size
2) Altering shipping address
IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.
Please note that orders are processed during the week on business days. It can take up to 48 hours before an item is processed for shipping(We do not ship on weekends, any orders taken over the weekend will be processed the following BUSINESS DAY). Then it will take 5 days for shipping transit via USPS(As of October 2021 via USPS).
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, due to nature of the drop/limited one time only items we do not accept returns.
*IF THE MISTAKE IS ON OUR END, WE WILL COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING TO REPLACE THE UNUSED PRODUCT(S). IF BAGS OR TAGS HAVE BEEN TAKEN OFF/OPENED WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE PRODUCT(S).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Mentality is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
