RETURNS, CHECKOUT & SHIPPING POLICY.
- ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE/LIMITED RELEASED ITEMS.
- NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR SIZE ACCOMMODATIONS ON ANY ORDERS PLACED.
- Notify Mentality within 5 days of any issues with products received.
- IF damaged upon receipt, you must provide & include detailed photos
of the damaged item(s).
- We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed.
- MENTALITY is not responsible for any mistakes in addresses inputted by you (the customer).
PENDING CHARGES/REFUND NOTIFICATIONS
- IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH AN ORDER NUMBER,
THERE IS NO ACTIVE CHARGE (MENTALITY HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY)
- IF YOU ATTEMPT MULTIPLE CHARGES, YOU WILL HAVE “PENDING CHARGES.” via YOUR BANK. THIS HOLD BY YOUR BANK TO INSURE YOU HAVE PROPER FUNDING FOR YOUR ORDER. UNLESS YOU HAVE AN #ORDER NUMBER/EMAIL CONFIRMATION THERE IS NO ACTIVE ORDER.
Your package can take up to 5 business days to be processed, packed and shipped. The processing time is separate from the USPS/FEDEX/UPS transit time. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
- We are unable to make changes to address once an item has been shipped or in transit.
- An email will be sent with a tracking number when your item has shipped.
- If you have not received an email with a tracking number then your order is still in process & has not shipped.
- Packages that are sent back to the fulfillment center due to insufficient addresses will be refunded the cost of products minus the cost of shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES/CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
If you purchase internationally your order may be subject to customs fees & taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined by MENTALITY & are beyond our control. If you reject the package & do not pay DUTIES, MENTALITY will not refund your order. By checking the box at checkout means you agree to pay duties for your items for your prospective country. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by MENTALITY.
Customs authorities require the stated value of your order directly on your package. Customs have the right to release or deny release of packages or delay delivery.
