Shipment, Customs, Duties and Taxes

All items purchased from Mentality are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. The use of the Mentality site is intended only to people and entities able to form legally binding agreements and with the purpose of purchasing items for personal use by themselves or as gifts.

Mentality offers worldwide shipping. The recipient specified on the delivery address will be the importer of the purchased product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country or state.

The recipient specified on the delivery address may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient specified on the delivery address. Mentality has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

If you reject the package & do not pay DUTIES, Mentality will not refund your order. By checking the box at checkout means you agree to pay duties for your items for your prospective country.

If you wish to make an exchange due to an incorrect/damaged item due to MENTALITY error please visit the Contact Us page, or alternatively email our support team: SUPPORT@MENTALITY.CO and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible. 


Additionally, in your request, please ensure you have included the following details: Order Number, First Name/Last Name & Address. 


Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Mentality strives to be as accurate as possible and intends that the colors, design, and style of the products that appear on this site reflect those of the actual product.

However, Mentality does not warrant that product descriptions, pictures or any other content of Mentality is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Variations caused by technical, typographical, digital, or photographic reasons may occur.

If a product offered by Mentality itself is not as described(damaged), your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. All of Mentality products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. However all sales are final. We will not refund/exchange items that are purchased by mistake or incorrectly by you the customer. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Mentality arising from any product sold on the Mentality site is the price of the product ordered.

Mentality is not responsible for lost items if USPS/UPS/DHL have confirmation of delivery. This also includes any returns sent back to our warehouse without prior authorization through the email address listed above.

Mentality is not responsible for items that are shipped to incorrect or not valid addresses. If an item is rejected by USPS and sent back to our fulfilment center a refund will be sent back to you MINUS the shipping fee.
