So happy with these canvas prints. Packaged very well to clearly minimize rough shipping from damaging the wood frame and lots of plastic wrap to protect the canvas. Any damages would for sure be the courier's fault.
Shout out to whoever on the floor or in customer service had the grace to correct my order when I accidentally ordered one size smaller for one of the set of 3 prints I purchased. Buyer beware, you check a box at checkout that says order is final. There is a 10 min window where you might be able to request a correction or cancellation, but I wouldn't count on it. I never heard back from customer service and feel very lucky that my order was corrected when it showed up. Slow down and actually read whats in your cart. I know I wont make that mistake twice.
Thanks again to the Mentality team for eating the $14 difference on the order that I messed up. Yall got a customer for life out of me for that small but meaningful favor. Keep on killing it out there. Looking forward to new drops!
This is a very nice necklace, particularly the more closely clustered necklace, Loving the quality. The message "Deus Vult" came at a very good time for me at the beginning of the year. I feel like I could keep this necklace for a very long time and God willing pass it along to the next generation. Great job guys!
The only thing I would change is I would like a little tighter sleeves, and have them a tiny bit shorter. This shirt hides my arms .
